Sales Terms & Conditions
  • Purchased items have a 90-Day limited warranty from the day item is marked delivered by shipping agent; except stated otherwise in another document signed by a Bytes Solutions' sales representative.

  • Purchaser has the responsibility to insure all items worth over $1500 in the case where item(s) is/are shipped using purchaser's shipping agent.
  • Bytes Solutions will charge buyer an insurance fee of 1% if the total sale price of item is equal to or greater than US $1500.00.
  • Purchased items are shipped within one week from date of purchased unless stated otherwise in another document signed by a Bytes Solutions' sales representative.


Refund Policy

  • Purchaser has complete responsibility to notify a Bytes Solutions' sales representative in the case of a defective product, within the specified warranty period (a 90-Day default period).
  • If purchaser chooses to return an item which is not defective, Bytes Solutions will charge the purchaser a 15% restocking fee upon return of item. This amount will be deducted from the original received amount.
  • Bytes Solutions will process and make all refunds within 10 business days from the date item is marked delivered by a shipping agent.
  • Purchasers will not be held responsible for shipping charges in the case where an item is defective. Purchasers are advised to contact a Bytes Solutions' sales representative, and make arrangements for immediate return of defective item(s). Defective items not shipped within 5 business days from the date which a Bytes Solutions' personnel was notified, will not be accepted.
  • Purchaser has to notify a Bytes Solutions' sales representative of the nature of defect. Upon receipt of the item, a Bytes Solutions' support representative will evaluate the returned item, and advise purchaser accordingly on the findings. If item is diagnosed as good, purchaser will be billed for any shipping charges incurred by Bytes Solutions.
  • Bytes Solutions will only accept the return of a non defective item when notified within 3 business days from date item was delivered.
